The breakfast is warm, the staff keeps it stocked and fairly clean. The room is large and functional with a good breakfast, has free Wi-Fi.

This place was ideal for a perfect stay, recommend. The room was well-appointed and high quality, it had a work desk, a flat screen TV, and a coffee maker. The staff were very friendly.

I stayed at this hotel before and would return here. Lovely modern and pretty standard venue, I enjoyed it. Location: the hotel was just next door to the good 'local' market, historical centre and many restaurants, cafes and bars. The breakfast had plenty of food, like eggs and bacon.

The room facilities were quite good, with a kettle, fridge, and large safe. The air conditioning worked well, and the curtains kept out light. I also loved that the whole window area could open fully, allowing fresh air into the room. the bathroom was quite spacious and the room was well-decorated and clean. The hotel's location was also a plus, as it was conveniently situated in the city centre, near a private clinic and a large underground car park.

One of the negative aspects of my stay was the limited availability of parking spaces. I had to park in the underground car park opposite the hotel, which was a bit inconvenient.

Would return there, thoroughly enjoyed its good location. The hotel is high-class and clean, everything is good. It is set in a secure area, next to monuments and a cinema. The property is next to bars and a cinema. The service is great, includes paid parking.

This hotel is a great choice for a stopover on a long journey. The location is ideal, with easy access to the city center and plenty of parking at the rear. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with all the necessary amenities. The staff are friendly and helpful, making you feel welcome during your stay. The breakfast offers a good selection of food, with high-quality coffee to start your day.

The WiFi could be a bit inconvenient, as you have to log back in if you haven't used it for a while.

The hotel is nicely located; the room is very spacious and the breakfast good. Wheelchair accessibility was ok.

The corridor had a strong unpleasant smell. While for a centrally located hotel some noise is to be expected, the sound insulation of the windows could be better.

The Mercure is a friendly hotel which is situated close to cinemas, theatres and shopping. There is safe car parking and the old area of Perigueux is within easy walking distance. Rooms, although not large, are clean and comfortable and warm. The coffee/tea making facilities were a bonus as it was -10 degrees outside.

Drinks at the bar are expensive. Breakfast had lots of choice and was very good but a little overpriced.
